Why doesn't Whistle deliver to my area?

If you're out of the Service Area, don't worry!! We are expanding quickly and will be on our way to you soon. Our delivery radius includes Sydney suburbs, which allows us to deliver on our promise of having your drinks to you within our delivery time. As we grow, so too will our Service Area. Hit us up to add your suburb and you’ll be the first to know when we get to your area.

How long will I wait for delivery?

Our Express delivery promise is predominantly within 30 minutes of when your orders leave our dispatch warehouse. We aim for 90% of orders to be delivered to your door within 30-45 minutes. We can’t control Sydney’s grid lock occasionally orders may take up to 60 minutes in this case our HQ will keep you informed.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

We want Whistle to be as accessible as possible, so our minimum order is $20.00 excluding our delivery fee. 

What are your delivery hours?

At Whistle, we are your new BF’s. Our transporters deliver EVERYDAY. We call last drinks Monday to Saturday at 10:30pm every night so we can meet our delivery promise at 11pm (Note Sunday last drinks call is 9:30pm). We can’t bend on this as we are subjected strictly by law and are serious about responsible service.

What payment methods do you accept?

HONESTLY!! Who carries cash these days? We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX). This allows us to get your order to you within our prescribed delivery times, hassle free ensuring you can enjoy your goodies as quickly as possible.

Why do you ask for my date of birth?

Whistle takes the responsible service of alcohol seriously. If you, the customer, look under the age of 25 and are unable to present valid photo identification, your order will be cancelled furthermore If you, the customer, show signs of intoxication either when placing your order or at the time of receiving your delivery, your order will be cancelled immediately, and you may be charged a restocking fee.

What forms of ID do you accept?

As per the NSW Liquor 2007, the acceptable valid forms of identification must be one of the following Australian Driver License, NSW Proof of Age Photo Card, Australian passport or a foreign passport.
